Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Renovo for any reason you may return it within the first seven (7) days after receipt under the following conditions.

  1. Returns must be authorized and have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by contacting our office by phone or email.
  2. All returned items must be in unused, undamaged, new condition as determined by Renovo upon receipt.
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee. If a returned item is received with damage due to improper packaging or repackaging, we will assess the damage and at our option, charge for the repair or return the product unable to issue a refund.

Cancelled Orders:

Any orders canceled prior to shipment will be be subject to a 7% cancellation fee.

If you received a damaged product:

Please send photos of the damaged item and the shipping label to info@renovobikes.com. Please do not dispose of any damaged packaging. 


We offer a 10 year warranty on all Renovo frames except mountain bikes which carry a 3 year warranty. The warranty is for manufacturing and material defects only, the owner is responsible for returning the frame to the factory. Components must be removed before returning and a return authorization is required. Full warranty details here.

Factory Tours

You are welcome to tour our shop during regular business hours. There is an excellent riding trail nearby along the Willamette River.
